SHIPPING POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup is available for all purchases, including special orders. Please ensure you have selected the correct branch for collection before placing your order. The available pickup times differ between our branches.

Toowoomba:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday 8:30AM-12:30PM.

Dalby Moto:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Saturday 9:00AM-12:00PM.

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends). If the dispatch time will be greater than 2 business days, we will notify you of the estimated dispatch and delivery date. If a product is out of stock and unable to be supplied for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund.

PRE-ORDERING

We do not currently offer pre-ordering for any products purchased using a BNPL (Buy now, Pay later) service. If you would like to be notified when an item is in-stock, you can do so by completing the form on a products page listing. We accept special orders for items which are not in-stock currently; for these items we may request a upfront partial or full payment for the order.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $X.

Items that do not meet the following requirements are excluded and must be collected in store (we can organise special delivery upon request):

  • Less than 25 kilograms
  • No longer than 120 centimetres
  • Have a volume less than 120 litres

EXPRESS SHIPPING FEES

We offer express shipping for most items. The fees vary depending on the types and quantity of items which are being purchased. You will be provided with the shipping fees at the time of checkout. Due to present factors outside of our control, all times and dates given for delivery of the products are provided in good faith but are estimates only.

DELIVERY TIMES

Due to present factors outside of our control, all times and dates given for delivery of the products are provided in good faith but are estimates only.

The following are estimated delivery times after the order has been processed and dispatched:

  • For standard domestic deliveries, 2-5 business days is typical.
  • For express domestic deliveries, 2-4 business days is typical.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not offer international purchasing and shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Due to shipping restrictions, some items cannot be delivered and must be collected instore. The items which are restricted will have a ‘pickup instore only’ note on the product page.

DANGEROUS GOODS

Items which are considered ‘dangerous goods’ are the following:

  • Explosives
  • Gases
  • Aerosol containers
  • Flammable liquids
  • Flammable solids
  • Oxidising substances
  • Toxic and infectious substances
  • Radioactive material
  • Corrosive substances

Items that are considered ‘dangerous goods’ must be collected instore.

ITEMS GREATER THAN 25KG

Items weighing more than 25 kilograms cannot be accepted by our shipping providers. Items that weigh more than 25 kilograms can be collected instore. Upon request, we may be able to organise shipping for these items; this will likely incur and additional cost.

ITEMS LONGER THAN 120 CENTIMETRES

Items with a length exceeding 120 centimetres cannot be accepted by our shipping providers. Items that exceed 120 centimetres in length can be collected instore. Upon request, we may be able to organise shipping for these items; this will likely incur and additional cost.

ITEMS WITH A VOLUME GREATER THAN 100 LITRES

Items with a volume greater than 100 litres cannot be accepted by our shipping providers. Items are greater than 100 litres in volume can be collected instore. Upon request, we may be able to organise shipping for these items; this will likely incur and additional cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
